So, if you have a housekeeper more than 4 times a month, Paris and I suggest you then ALSO hire a personal trainer. If you can afford a housekeeper you can afford a trainer. That way you will make up for the lack of exercise you would normally get from mopping, cleaning and putting groceries away.

Granted, if you have no complaints about your bod, screw the trainer!! (not literally) :))
