This dressing can be used as a dip or a spread or on salads or on quinoa or pasta!
Put in a blender: 1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 teaspoons of (raw- if available) honey
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp sea salt
1/3 to 1 cup cup of water depending on use
2 bags pre-washed raw spinach
3 cups raw basil leaves
You can add 2 cloves of garlic to really make it a superfood and ginger or too.
Scoop it onto cooked quinoa or just dip tortilla chips in it. Put some grated cheese and add it to pasta or brown rice.
