Celery Juice has super anti-inflammatory benefits with nutrients to help you fight off illnesses, So many of its benefits are magnified by juicing them and getting that concentrated elixir right into your system. It’s loaded with magnesium which is good for muscles, digestion and sleep. It keeps you hydrated while releasing water retention. Ginger and lemon are  amazing for detoxing and to lower blood pressure, and regulating blood sugar and aiding in digestion. These 2 have been used as belly fat buster beverages for decades. Ginger with its zingerone, shogaols, & gingerols, these oils are powerful anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-parasitic and anti-fungal agent. Ginger helps to break down fat deposits that block arteries. Lemon helps clear skin and is an amazing immune booster and they are also high in potassium, which stimulates brain and nerve function.

In this recipe I used:

3 stalks of celery

2 1/2 by 1 inch chunk of ginger (just the cut-off piece in the photo)

The juice of one lemon

One half of the lemon cut up

1 1/2 cups water

Throw in blender and blend!

Then strain and toss pulp in the trash or compost (don’t feel bad, you can eat fresh, raw, cut up celery in your tuna fish sandwich another day). 😉


Add ice and stevia to your liking. Remember, you’ll be more apt to make it if you like the taste. Thats why I add the ginger and lemon and stevia, not only are they healing but they are refreshingly tasty!
